DA PRINCIPIO/FROM THE BEGINNING
Attraverso varie generazioni la mia famiglia mi ha tramandato questa casa molto grande e molto antica, situata nel borgo medioevale del paese di Almé e circondata un tempo da orti, terreni agricoli e campagna.
In questa casa trascorrevo le vacanze estive da bambina e, nonostante le ristrutturazioni seguite nel tempo, lo sviluppo del contesto urbano e i miei oltre settanta anni di età (!) ancora oggi subisco il suo fascino e sono catturata dal suo giardino J
Penso di non poter proprio rinunciare ai profumi del tiglio d’estate e del calicantus d’inverno, ma amo molto anche il mare: da giovane ho passato le vacanze più belle nell’isola di Stromboli di cui non posso dimenticare le luminose stellate nella profondissima notte!
Ora, poiché non posso più viaggiare, grazie a Lacasadiscorta e ai suoi ospiti, incontro un po' di mondo qui nel mio mondo: la storia continua…

ENGLISH VERSION
Through several generations my family has handed down to me this very large and very old house, located in the medieval village of Almé and once surrounded by vegetables gardens, farmland and countryside.
In this house I spent my summer holidays as a child and, despite the renovations followed over time, the development of the urban context and my over seventy years of age (!) still today I am fascinated by her and captured by her garden J
I think I can't really give up the scents of the lime in summer and calicantus in winter, but I also love the sea: when I was young I spent the most beautiful holidays on the island of Stromboli, whose bright stars I can't forget in the deepest night!
Now, since I can no longer travel, thanks to Lacasadiscorta and her guests, I meet a little world here in my world: the story continues…
